Before You Purchase
Every antique and vintage object is unique.
Unlike modern products, antiques naturally display signs of age, craftsmanship, patina and historical use.
We encourage every collector to carefully review all photographs, read the complete description and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Return Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Condition of Antiques
Natural patina, historical repairs, gentle wear and signs of age are part of an authentic antique’s character.
These are not considered defects when clearly described and illustrated.

Our Return Process
Step 1 — Contact Us
Tell us about the issue as soon as possible.
Step 2 — Send Photos
Provide photographs showing both the item and its packaging whenever possible.
Step 3 — Review
We carefully review every request individually.
Step 4 — Resolution
If appropriate, we explain the return, shipping and refund process.
Packaging Returns Carefully
Please package returned antiques with the same care used during the original shipment.
Whenever possible, reuse the original packaging materials.
Damaged During Shipping
If your parcel arrives damaged, notify the courier immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
Photographs will help us resolve the matter quickly.
Refund Process
Once the returned antique has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping for valuable antiques.
